Crockpot Cooking: Beef Stroganoff

RVing in the snow? Nobody wants to cook over a fire in the middle of a blizzard, let alone even try to get a fire going! Here is another easy crockpot meal that will help warm you up on a cold winter’s day!

Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles

Yield: 4-6 servings

  • 1 package stew meat, cut into smaller pieces (in half will be fine)
  • 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups (1 package) sliced creminis
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1.5tsp jarred garlic)
  • 3tbl Worcestershire
  • 2tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1c sour cream
  • 1 bag egg noodles

  • Crockpot

Add the meat, broth, mushrooms, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Quickly mix in the sour cream, stirring constantly to avoid it breaking.

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Serve stroganoff over noodles.
