
These salmon burgers are all super easy and super tasty! Plus you can make them in bulk for the freezer–and easy meal!
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon|
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
Zest of two lemons
1 ½ tsp salt
¾ tsp pepper
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon
2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon
½ cup spinach, frozen, drained and squeezed
½ cup feta cheese
1 tbs dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
For each of these:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until combined. It will be sort of like a paste.
Lay out parchment paper on a sheet tray and spray with pan spray. Form your salmon burgers and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
When ready to cook, leave frozen!
Heat your grill grate or griddle up.
Remove the frozen patties from the parchment paper and spray each side with pan spray before placing on the grill or griddle. Grill the first side for 4 minutes then flip, grilling for another 4 minutes or until done. Internal temp will be 145 when done.
Serve on you favorite bun with your favorite toppings! Enjoy with a delicious side of sweet potato fries!
