No churn ice cream is about as fast and easy as ice cream gets. And, you only need TWO ingredients!
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Of course, feel free to add any flavorings you want–vanilla, chocolate sauce or powder, chocolate chips, mint extract, fruit chunks, crushed cookies–make it you’re own!
First, start by combining the sweetened condensed milk in a bowl with any of your flavorings. Mix it together and set it aside.
Next, beat the whipping cream until it reaches stiff peaks. Use a stand mixer to make this step go faster. Don’t over whip or else you will get butter!
Going in thirds, carefully fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-5 hours. Enjoy!!
This a fun for the kids too–you can allow them to help design what kind of ice cream to make!
